Michael has emphasized the importance of maintaining modern paving equipment, providing elite training to team members, and being customer service centric. As a result, Michael continued to reinvest into the company through the latest technology and machinery. Michael, along with his three sons and a prideful crew, have kept up with the latest asphalt paving technology and trends by attending and completing numerous certification programs recognized by the National Asphalt Pavement Association.
